First Generation

1. Johan Hendrick ECKLER was born on 16 Oct 1711 in Palatinate, Germany. He died on 6 Dec 1781 in Canajoharie, Montgomery , New York. Emigrated to the U.S.A and landed in Philadelphia, PA on September 25,
1732. He settled near the Town of Canajoharie, NY. by 1739.
He was naturalized 11 Sep 1761, along with an Augustus Eckler--whose relation
to Henry is uncertain.
He served in the French and Indian War.

Johan Hendrick ECKLER and Margaret YOUNG were married about 1738.¹ Margaret YOUNG was born on 14 Nov 1716.¹ She died on 24 Oct 1802.¹ Johan Hendrick ECKLER and Margaret YOUNG had the following children:
