"Lloyd Neil Ackley died Thursday at Ayers Health and Rehabilitation Center
in Trenton. He was 90. Mr. Ackley was born in Old Town and lived in Ocala for
many years before returning to the area in 2003. He was preceded in death by
his wife, Ruth Evans Ackley, a son, Jon Neil Ackley, and a daughter, Cheryl Knight.
Survivors include grandsons Allen Ackley of North Carolina and Stephen Knight
of Lakeland; and a granddaughter, Dana Siegler of North Carolina. Arrangements
