Know all men by these presents that I Joseph Ackley of Reading
in the County of Windsor and State of Vermont for the consideration of fifty
dollars paid me in hand by Joseph Ackley, Jr. of Granville in the County of Washington
and State of New York the receipt whereof I acknowledge do by these present grant
bargain and sell to the said Joseph Ackley, Jr. a certain tract or parcel of
land lying in Plymouth containing Ninety acres of land being of the original
Right of William Willard to have and to hold the above granted and bargained
premises with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto
belonging to him the said Joseph Ackley, Jr. his heirs and assignees
forever against all claim and demand whatsoever and I also agree that until the
ensealing of these presents I am a lawful owner of the above premises and have
a good right to bargain and sell the same in manner and form as above and further
I the Said Joseph Ackley do by these presents bind myself and heirs and administrators
to warrant and secure and Defend the same against all lawful claims of any person
or persons whatever.

Day of June A.D. one thousand seven hundred and Ninety Nine
