is descended from Lucy, sister of Norman Doolittle, seventh child of Arba and
Prudence. Also among these records were the following obituaries(cut from newspapers).
born in Hopewell, Ontario Co., NY, July 19, 1828. When but a child she moved
with her parents and brother to Ohio, living near the Maumee River, in Bath,
and on their farm
Sept. 29, 1850, after which they resided in Canaan, Wayne County, for three years;
in Wadsworth for two years; in Huntington, Loraine Co., for eleven years; moving
to their
departed this life May 18, 1907, of exhaustion, aged 78 years, 9 months,29 days.
Barbershops; Mrs. W. A. Hammond, of Ravenna; Mrs. G. P. Bower, of Wadsworth;
and two grandchildren, Edgar Bower of Akron, and Ethel Bower of Wadsworth."
