Born Aug. 26, 1916, in Cortland, N.Y., to Anthony A. and Flora Ackley Mullally, he married Margaret M. Kowalski on Dec. 8, 1935, in Bloomington. She survives.
Also surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Jack (Judith A.) Boatman of Peoria; one son, Kenneth L. of Peoria; three grandchildren; one great- granddaughter; and one sister, Mary Washburn of Peoria. He was preceded in death by one brother and two grandchildren.
He worked at Caterpillar Inc. in East Peoria for nine years, retiring in 1983. Before that, he worked for the R. Herschel Manufacturing Co. in East Peoria for 40 years.
He was a member of United Auto Workers Local 974 and the Caterpillar Retirees Club.
He was a member of the Senior Citizens Club at Neighborhood House.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel, where visitation will be one hour before services. Entombment will be in Swan Lake Mausoleum.
Memorials may be made to Neighborhood House or United Cerebral Palsy.
