"Coroner Edward Newell Called To Doty To Investegate Death Off John Kibbey, Who Fell From Front End of Car While Going Down Hill"
"Coroner Edward Newell was called to Doty this afternoon to investigate the death of John Kibbey, an employe of the Doty Lumber & Shingle Co., who was killed about 9 o'clock this morning. The man was working with a crew loading brush on a car. The car was sent down a grade, Kibbey working at the front brake. He apparently lost his balance and fell in front of the car, the wheels of which passed over his body, horribly mangling it."
