He was living 1830, 1840 & 1860 in Ross, Allegheny , Pennsylvania.^3,4,5

Henry ACKLEY and Eleanor BARCLAY were married about 1810.^5,6,7 Eleanor BARCLAY (daughter of Living and Living) was born about 1787 in Pennsylvania.⁵ She appeared in the census in 1860 in Pennsylvania. Henry ACKLEY and Eleanor BARCLAY had the following children:
