Mr. Ackley. a son of Donald C. Ackley, of Weirton, W. Va. and the late Mildred Maloney Ackley, made his home for many years with an aunt, Mrs. Lucille Ackley Carroll of West Finley, R. D. 2, who survives."
Also surviving are his stepmother, Mrs. Marie Ackley, one brother, James E. Ackley of West Finley R. D. 2, one uncle, Alexander E. Ackley, of Homestead; and a cousin, Mrs. Jean G. Meighen, of Waynesberg. Interment will be in Brookline Mass., on Monday, July 27."
