IBERIA- Funeral services for the late Mrs. Joseph McNeal were held Tuesday at the Iberia Methodist church. Rev. Dale Riggs of Marengo officiated and Rev. C H. Edgar of Iberia assisted. Interment was made at the Iberia cemetery.
Mrs. McNeal died Sunday, She was active in community affairs, participating in the Red Cross drives and community war fund campaigns. She was also a member of the Methodist church.
Audrey Ackley McNeal was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Ackley and was born near Mooretown, O., Sept. 16, 1895. Oct. 2 1918 she was united in marriage to Joseph McNeal who survives with the mother, Mrs. Margaret Clish of Marion. There is one sister and one brother, Mrs. Shirley Noblet and Nathan Ackley both of Waukesha, Wis.
