She survives along with his mother of Peoria; one son, Cecil Jr. and one daughter, Melissa Roffol, both of Peoria; three brothers, Roger of Peoria, Oscar Lindsey of Henagar, Ala., and John of East Peoria; one sister, Gladys Webb of Peoria; and one grandchild. His father and three brothers preceded him in death.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Davison-Fulton Western Chapel. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at the chapel. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery
