Italian Meatballs



1 lb ground beef
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/8 cup grated parmeson cheese
1/2 tspn fennel seed
1/4 tspn basil
1/4 tspn oregano
1/2 cup seasoned Italian breadcrumbs
1 tblspn olive oil
1 26 oz jar pasta sauce

Empty jar of pasta sauce in a sauce pan and begin to heat. Mix all other ingredents, except olive oil, in a mixing bowl until well blended. Add additional bread crumbs as necessary until mixture is fairly dry. Roll mixture into about 8 to 10 balls. Lightly brown meatballs in olive oil then drop into hot pasta sauce. Simmer for 1 hour
