Skillet Macaroni
1 pound lean ground beef
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1/2 cup minced onion
1 16oz can tomatoe sauce
1 cup water
1 tspn salt
1-1/2 tblspn worcestershire sauce
2 cloves of garlic chopped
1 tbspn Olive oil
Cook beef, in olive oil, in a large skillet until browned. Remove beef from skillet. Cook macaroni, onion and garlic in juices until macaroni turns yellow. Return beef to skillet along with tomatoe sauce, water, salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer 25 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
