2 lbs pork spare ribs
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tbspns mustard powder
1 tbspn salt
barbque sauce (see below)
In a large sauce pan, boil ribs in water to cover for 1 hour with vinegar, mustard powder and salt. Remove from sauce pan and place on a cookie sheet. Coat with barbque sauce and bake at 350 deg for 30 minutes basting often.
Barbque Sauce
1/3 cup Kraft Catalina dressing
1/3 cup Jack Danials Grilling sauce (Honey Smokehouse)
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tblspns worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar (or maple syrup..oh so good!!!)
