Stuffed Chicken Breast




1 whole boneless chicken breast
1/2 to 1 cup prepared Stove Top stuffing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup of milk

Pound chicken breast to tenderize. Place stuffing on inside of chicken. Fold chicken over stuffing and secure with tooth picks. Place chicken in a greased casserol, fold side down. Mix milk and soup and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 325 deg for 1 hour.
