Share with Me Tomorrow
On a warm summers day,
when you smiled at me,
your voice was just a whisper,
your beauty blinded me.
I thought I was protected,
by the scars of loves that passed.
Once you held me in your arms,
the memories faded fast.
I can’t talk about forever,
or promise you eternity,
only surrender to the feeling,
that is consuming me.
Just share with me tomorrow,
touch me with your love,
wrap your arms around me,
after we have loved.
Share with me tomorrow,
on day at a time,
share with me tomorrow,
and you always will be mine.
