We at C. Turner Joy, believe that all stakeholders, students, staff and community are capable of high achievement, which results from the consistent efforts of all constituents. This success is met by working together as partners in a cooperative endeavor between school and home. We believe in and promote the develpment of the social, intellectual and personal aspects of each student for the synthesis of a quality education.
