Wilkins Robert Summer." (That a Wilkins witnessed Hiram's marriage seems
to
give further proof that his father was Samuel Dell who was married to Sarah
Wilkins). The "History of the County of Middlesex" (1972 Rev. ed. p.61)
records
that "Rev. Isaac Newton Dugan West, of the Wesleyan Methodist Church, performed
the marriage ceremony ... Dec. 31, 1834 Hiram Dell to Anne Frank, of
westminster."
