Answer 4:
When Timmo saw Käsi he fell in love ! He was so taken by her beauty that he collapsed onto the floor. "How embarassing !" cried Peikko. "I brought you a man who could drink a lake dry Your Highness and now look at him ! He can't even carry his own weight ! Please excuse me while I cart him away and rid your tupa of this miserable wretch !" said Peikko, sadly. Peikko grabbed Timmo by the arms to pull him from the hut.
"Wait ! My little friend ! He may be ill. Let me see this man who drinks lakes dry !" exclaimed Käsi.
As the Princess came closer she noted that Timmo was a very rugged, strong and handsome young man. "Perhaps a gentle kiss will revive this poor man" said Käsi. And she kissed Timmo. Timmo immediately woke up and could not believe that he was in the arms of this beautiful Princess !
Peikko could not believe this either ! "Well I see that the Princess is pleased with this young man, but I must be off on my way home. I have plenty to do you know ! A gnomes work is never done !" said Peikko as he gathered the remainder of his belongings.
SCENE 5:
As Peikko gathered his things the Princess cried out to him. "Peikko, you cannot leave ! You vowed to serve me forever if only I would give you the bag of silver to save the lake. I completed my agreement and gave you the silver and now you must keep your word and serve me" said Käsi.
Peikko sighed ! "Alas, I am now bound forever in this place. I will never return home" cried Peikko.
"As your reward for bringing Timmo to me, you will rule all the Gnomes in my household ! Peikko, You will become the King of the Gnomes !" shouted Käsi with a smile.
Immediately all of the gnomes in Käsi's service surrounded Peikko and urged him to stay and be their King.
