Hi All! **NEWS FLASH*** The Name the Newsletter Contest is up and running. A big thanks to all of those who have already voted and if you have yet to vote please go to the following to cast your vote. http://geocities.datacellar.net/heartland/prairie/6154/newscon.htm *Spotlight* One of my favorite dogs Ginny (the dog who rescues cats) is featured this week at the mining company's cat page. Franny (of the mining company) did a very detailed writeup on Ginny. It's a great article and for every book that is bought from Amazon, she will turn the royalties over to help Ginny's rescues. My girls and I thought Franny did an excellent job and send her big kitty hugs and kisses. To check it out go to http://catlovers.miningco.com/mbody.htm and click on features on the left side.. Recently I have had the pleasure to meet to very special people, Stardust and Nancy McHisss. On Stardust's webpage she has set aside a few pages in honor of Connor a cat that Nancy took in after he was thrown out of a car by some uncaring humans. This is a fairly detailed account of all Nancy did to give Connor a good home for the short time before he passed to the bridge. Please take some time to go read about Connor, he may be gone from our world but Nancy made sure that when he passed to the bridge he would go knowing love and kindness: Connor's Story http://geocities.datacellar.net/Heartland/Meadows/6637/connor.html Don't forget to visit Stardust's Sammers He is such a handsome devil http://geocities.datacellar.net/Heartland/Meadows/6637 Update on Scruffy: The hearing for the juvenile is tentatively set for April 16, 1998 in Judge Grasko's courtroom. Please take some time to read over the letter and don't forget to pay Lisa's Critters a visit. AKC Letter http://geocities.datacellar.net/Heartland/Ranch/7083/HUS.htm Lisa's Critters Page http://geocities.datacellar.net/Heartland/Ranch/7083 **note**Lisa is in the process of making a banner for this page if anyone has any ideas please let lisa or I know....
