It is not out of the ordinary for a student to miss occasional assignments for various reasons. This form is designed to catch bad patterns and notify parents of problems at school. This way, parents, student, and teacher can successfully and quickly address difficulties. Finally, please note that discipline may increase as the number of incompletes increases.
