Will of Isaac Beeler, Grainger Co, TN
In the name of God Amen.
I Isaac Beeler being in sound mind and memory.
1. I Isaac Beeler do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made.
2. I direct that my funeral expenses be paid by my beloved wife, Elizabeth R. Beeler, out of any money on hand and if none on hand, she sell enough of property to satisfy the same as soon after my death as possible.
3. I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Elizabeth R. Beeler, the farm we now live on and the land therein, all the corn, all the wheat all the oats on hand and all the horses, cattle, hogs and sheep and all the wagons and all other farming tools of every description, all the household and kitchen furniture of every thing except herein mentioned to wit, so long as she
remains my widow, all this she holds till her death or marriage.
4. I will and bequeath the following sums and property to the within named heirs herein named, after my beloved wife's death Luvina L. Neff five dollars, Nancy Arnwine five dollars, Hired Beeler, Sarah Beelers child five dollars, John Beeler my son if living at my wife death the-the four heirs herein named to pay him one hundred dollars if he is living, but if he be
dead at our death then his heirs five dollars, Daniel heirs to have five dollars, Cordela M. Hamilton my daughter to have the little bureau not to sell, Mary W. Hamilton to have the big bureau not to sell, James C. Widsby to have the one bed and stead and clothing that he bought when small not to sell.
I further will and bequeath that all the personal property and all the household and kitchen furniture and all wagons and farming tools of every discription be sold to the highest bidder on twelve months time, except the above named all sums under five dollars to be paid in hand. The first money comes in my executors hands first my beloved wife Elizabeth
R. Beeler, is to be nicely and decently intered in thr ground her expenses first to be paid by executors.
I further will and bequeath that all money dirived from the sale or be on hand be equally divided between my within named children Peter L. Beeler and Joseph B. Beeler, and Cordeily M. Hamilton if she be living but if she be dead and no child nor children then it it be equally divided to Peter and Joseph and Mary and Mary W. Hamilton.
I further will and bequeath that Peter L. Beeler and Joseph B. Beeler and Cordeley if living and Mary W. Hamilton have all my land and that they may divide the same and if they can't agree then the county surveyor divide as the law directs.
Last of all I appoint R.H. Beeler first and 2 Benjamine Mason my executors of this my last will and testament in witness whereof I set this my will set my hand and seal this the 30 day of December 1898.

In the name of God amen. I Daniel Beeler being in Sound mind and memory but feeble bodied and bad health I Daniel do make and Publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any
time made. First I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my as possible out of my moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor. Secondly I give and bequeath
to the rest of my heirs their part of my Estate heretofore I therefore in my last will and testament I Daniel do will and bequeath to Nancy Beeler the wife of Isaac Beeler one Bureau and one bed and bed clothing at my death and
all my sheffware also I will and bequeath to Isaac Beelers two elder daughters my cupboard and chist and also I will and bequest to Isaa Beeler my Executor one rifle gun and also all money on hand and all notes & accounts that is comming to said Beeler except fifteen dollars and that money is to be in the hands of my Executor for Margaret Beeler after the
debts of Peter Beeler that Jacob Beeler and Isaac Beeler secured for him and that Isaac Beeler my Executor pays Jacob Beeler fifteen dollars and keep ten and I do hereby nominate and appoint Isaac Beeler my Executor. In witness
whereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal this March 19 day 1870.

Will of John Beeler, Grainger Co, TN
I John Beeler do make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made. First I direct that my funeral expences and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of my money that I may die possessed of or may first come into the had of my Executor. Secondly I give and bequeath to my son John Beeler all of my land where I now live and at my death all of my personal property is to be sold to the highest bidder and equally divied between the rest of my children, namely my son Joseph & Peter Jacob Daniel Sarah Coffman my daughter with the exception of five dollars & that I will and bequeath to my son William's daughter Levina Beeler and what the personal property lacks amounting to three hundred dollars, John Beeler my son has to make up to the above named heirs all to five dollars, that Levina Beeler is to have & if the personal property fetches over three hundred dollars, my son John Beeler Jr is to have the remainder if any. Son John he is to comfortably maintain me my lifetime for the consideration above mentioned lastly I do hereby nominate & appoint John Beeler my son my Executor In witness whereof I do to this my will set my my hand and seal this the 25th day of April 1861.
