icon I Isaac Beeler of the county of Grainger and state of Tennessee being weak and feeble but of sound mind and disposing memory do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made: First I bequeath and give my Soul to Almight God. Secondly I desire that my body be decently intered in a manner suitable to my condition in life as to such worldly estate as it hath pleased God to ...me with I dispose of as follows: First I desire that my debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as possible out of any monies which I may die possessed of or may come into the hands of my Executors. Sedondly I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Beeler all the lands of which I am the owner ( for description and boundaries, see all my deeds) Also I give to my wife all property of any and all description.
Lastly I do hereby ordain and appoint my son Robert Beeler and Lafayette Hamilton Executors of this my last will and testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the first day of November A.D. one thousand eight hundred and seventy.

Will of Jacob Beeler, Grainger Co, TN

icon I Jacob Beeler Sr do make and publish this as my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills made by me at any time and I first direct that my body be decently buried in the grave and that my funeral expenses be paid out of the first money that shall come into the hands of my Executors.
Next I direct that all my just debts be paid out of the first money on hand, next after my funeral expenses is paid. Secondly, I will that my beloved wife Lucinda Elender Beeler to have all the land that I have and all the stock on hand of all kinds, horses, cattle, hogs, sheep and poultry and all of the kitchen and household furniture with all the money on hand if any that she remains in possession also have all the rents and profits arising from the same also have the wagon and all the farming tools on hand. Also that my beloved wife at her death be decently intered in the grave and her burial and funeral expenses be paid out of the first money on hands or may come into the hands of my Executors hands.
I further direct that Jas T. Beeler & George J Beeler & Laura A L Beeler to have one hundred dollars a piece and of the first money that on hand or may come into the hands of my Executors. And I further direct that James T Beeler to have a horse and a bed stead & bed & two blankets and two cover leads and three quilts. And that George J Beeler to have a horse and a bed stead and bed & two blankets & two cover leads and three quilts and that Laura A L Beeler to have a cow & a bed stead & bed & two blankets and two cover leds and six quilts. If I haven't given to them and I want the balance equally divided between David H Beeler & Jas T Beeler & George J Beeler & Laura A L Beeler are the liven ones at the four except twenty dollars that I will to Luiaty Williams airs and further direct that Matilda Beeler now Widsly have got three hundred dollars and that is all that she is even to have at my Estate at any time. And I have given to my son Daniel Beeler three hundred dollars all that I inted for him to have of my estate at any time and I have given to my son W T Beeler three hundred dollars all I intend for him to have of my estate at any time. And I have given to my son Samuel Beeler three hundred dollars all I intend for him to have of my estate at any time and I have given to my daughter Francis Beeler now Wilch wone hundred & forty dollars all I intend for her to have of my estate at any time. And I hereby make and order my two sons namely to wit David A Beeler and James T Beeler my Executors of this my last will and testament, In witness whereof I Jacob Beeler the testator have to this my last will writen on this the 11th day of May 1895.
