please keep up the good work as i am a student of natural health and have fasted for problems and it works.....water only or juices but no solid food and you will slowly start to see all and any problems recede....start slowly three or four days ata time and then move to ten days twice or three times a year and just juice and rest....you will see for yourself and there are many wonderful books available on the subject....its really natural hygiene.
