Most people, when asked if there are any human body parts that no longer have a use, would answer, "the appendix." But there is at least one other major body structure that is also vestigial: the coccyx. The only one of the more than 200 bones In our body that is unemployed, the coccyx is found at the base of the spine. Some scientists have theorized that it's all that's left of the tail we once had.
