Origin: Cisterna di Asti, Piemonte, Italy.

Searches of records at the Parish of Cisterna and Montà (Montatafangi) verify that Giuseppe is an ancestor of our family.

Earlier documents don't give evidence of his ancestry. The search for his parents leads to a few families whose heads-of-family are shown on the tree as "roots" in the late 1600.
