Died: April, 1998 in West Liberty, Kentucky
I don't really know what to say. For all my high tootin family vows, I never really, chummed?, up to the older relatives. Maybe, because, I was used to poked and proded about being a Northerner. It sounds mean, but I don't take it that way. But, I just always found, MORE, EXTRA?, warmth, with the later Generation and younger. For whatever reason, it doesn't lack any sincerity I feel now.
I don't have many memories about Aunt Susan, just that, she was mostly the oldest female there, and she was kind. The last, and freshest, was this past Reunion.
Me and my brother Chuck visited her last year, after the Reunion, to see how she was fairing. She was tired, but Hospitable to us. We visited for over an hour, and I had gotten a feeling, sense, if you will, about how this woman was and is. I wish I had better memories of, but I don't, at least none that come to mind presently.
All I can say, is, that I know everyone will miss her. Her Children, Dolores, Dorsey, and Danny. Her Grandkids, Sharon, Donald, Peggy, Christopher, Shelly, James, Evelyn. Great-GrandKids, Kayla, Clinton, Donny Ray, Millisa, James, Joshua, Brandon, Micheal, Kimberly, and anyone else I missed.
