BLACKBURN, Levi A., Private: Enlisted in Macon County at age 18, July 7, 1862 for the war. Died at Taylorsville, Tenn., December 7-9, 1862 of disease.

BLACKBURN, John, Private: Transferred from Company G., 7th Regiment Confederate Cavalry, July 11, 1864. Captured at Fort Harrison, Va., September 30, 1864 and confined at Point Lookout, Md., where he died of "chronic diarrhoea" March 8, 1865.
