Munchy Krunchy Granola

1 1/2 cup dried apples, apricots or mixed fruit
1 1/2 cups oats
1 cup of golden raisins
1 pkg. (4 oz) toasted sunflower nuts
1/4 t salt
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/4 cup salad oil
2 T vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut 1/2 cup dried fruit into small pieces with scissors.
Spread the fruit pieces and remaining ingredients
in ungreased jelly roll pan.
Mix well.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 min.
Use the granola as a topping for cereal or ice cream.
Especially good served as nibbles or snacks.
Store any leftover granola tightly covered in refrigerator.
