Here's Connie's recipe for salsa. It's very easy to make and very yummy.
Salsa
makes 1 quart
6 jalapeno peppers
2 cans whole peeled tomatoes
1/4 - 1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 tsp garlic powder or garlic salt
Boil the jalapenos until tender (they can be cut with a fork).
Remove the stems from the peppers and put everything in a blender.Or you can chop everything up individually and mix it together.
For really spicy salsa use only 1 can of tomatoes.
