Hopefully by including this html file you will be able to quickly design your page. All you have to do is set it up the way you like and then upload it to your server. In the body tag the HEIGHT is set at 2000; you can change this to suit your page. Look at the source code. Be sure to check my site for the technique on using this. Change the email at the bottom to your name and server.
