Holly is our pride and joy, she is known around here by us and the other
goats as The Little Princess. Holly was born in December 1997. We showed her through dry yearling, but chose not to breed her. This is a choice we made to limit our herd numbers and is not a reflection on Holly as Holly is beautiful and has the rosettes to prove it.

Sophie arrived in the world on April 6, 2003. Sophie's name around here is the Sopha, actually she likes to come in the house, lay on the sofa with us and watch old movies! We really needed Sophie when she came to us as we were having a lot of animal passings here at H.B. Acres, she brought joy in the midst of saddness. I think she knows her job and tries very hard to be very sweet and entertaining. We showed Sophie thru her dry yearling year and she has gone on to be a pet and day-pack goat. She likes to go on little hikes and is always a joy to be around. We did not breed her as we have decided here at H.B. Acres that we would not be breeding any goats.
