Culinary Experience

1992 - 1996     Employed as chef in several area restaurants, including Mitterhauser's Restaurant (Asst. Chef)and the St. Paul Hotel (Breakfast Chef). Also apprenticed at Restaurante Luci and the Table of Contents in St. Paul.

Military Experience

1980 - 1988     Honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant from the U.S. Army. Serving last assignment attached to a national intelligence agency as the supervisor of the Soviet Ground Forces Watch Operation. Other postings included a tour in the Federal Republic of Germany with the 3d Armored Division and various posting in the United States. Military training included intelligence, military police, and infantry.
