The Potwin
Public Library
The Potwin Public Library is
an historical building, located in Potwin, Kansas, 20 miles north of Wichita. Origionally a bank, it was built in 1904 out of native limestone. It was later purchased by
Wheat State Telephone Co., who, in 1973, gave the building to the city.
The library, though small, boasts it's own children's room, inter-library
loans, internet, and a restroom in the old bank safe!
Library Hours: Tuesdays - 9:00-4:30
Wednesdays - 4:00-9:00
