Bonenberger

I am related to the Bonenberger family through my favorite brother-in-law, Larry Bonenberger.
I began researching the Bonenbergers because I hoped to present my sister and brother-in-law with a family tree chart for their 30th wedding anniversary in November, 1997!
Fortunately, while surfing the net, I came accross several great home pages of those who were also researching Larry's family tree!
Larry's branch of the Bonenbergers came to USA from southern Luxembourg, and has been traced back to the family patriarch and matriarch: Franz and Magalena (Steinmetz) Bonenberger, both of whom were born in the very early 1800's.

Although their eldest son, Peter Paul Bonenberger and his wife, Freda (Johnson), were barely middle aged when they died, they were survived by ten children, one of whom is my brother-in-law Larry.
Check out the genealogy site listed below for much MORE information and photos on this branch of Bonenbergers. It features photos and a searchable family tree data base!
