Noel is the son of
Jane Caroline Wright
and
Noel Fouts Sr.
He married Martha Simpson and their daughter Nancy Ann (Fouts) McCoid is my great-grandmother.
Noel & Martha came west with the Mormon Movement in 1849 but left it to settle in Iowa instead.
