A Pictorial Tribute
Mommy & Daddy were married on July 24, 1993, with Nana proudly at their side.
Here they are with Pop, Nana & Uncle Rodney (Daddy's brother).
I was born on October 29, 1996.
I began crawling when I was 9 months old
and was soon fast enough to catch Mickey!
This was my Nana's favorite picture!
Christmas 1996 with Nana & Pop.
Nana couldn't hold me tight enough!
Nana always called me her "sweetheart girl." But when I wore this outfit she gave me, I was her "strawberry girl!"
This is a picture from Mother's Day, 1997.
Don't ask me why,
but Nana is
apparently
VERY excited to have received a framed picture of me.
I'm just glad to have the wrapping paper!
Ride a little horsey.
Go to town.
Ride a little horsey.
Don't fall DOWN!
God looked around his garden
and He found an empty space.
He then looked down upon this earth,
and saw your tired face.
He put his arms around you,
and lifted you to rest.
God's garden must be beautiful,
He always takes the best.
He knew that you were suffering,
He knew that you were in pain,
He knew that you would never get well on earth again.
He saw the road was getting rough,
and the hills were hard to climb,
So He closed your weary eyelids,
and whispered "PEACE BE THINE".
It broke our hearts to lose you,
but you didn't go alone,
For part of us went with you,
the day God called you home.
