Buster made the final cuts in both the Futurity and Regular classes at the July 1995 National and then placed fourth in the Open class at the January 1996 American Spaniel Club show. The next weekend he finished his Championship and won several Best Of Varieties and a Sporting Group Third before being retired. He is now at stud at Caralee's by Private Treaty.
