SOUNDEX Code Generator

SOUNDEX is a phonetic code utililized to index various U.S. Census data since 1880. For example, BASTIN is coded as B-235, as are Bashteen, Baston, Basten, Bastian, and many other similar sounding spellings.

Instructions:
