I had the whole resaurant giggling! Mommy figured the restaurant staff would be mad about the mess but instead they thanked us several times for bringing me in and letting them share the experience me. Mommy thought that was very sweet of them. While Mommy *attempted* to clean me up, Daddy and Grandma cleaned up most the mess on the table and floor and left a tip. The staff kept telling us not to worry about it. They were very nice about everything and Mommy said that maybe we'll even schedule a birthday party there for my older brothers and sisters sometime!
We took my Grandma to her house and I quickly fell asleep in the car. I was still a sticky mess! Daddy gave me a bath when we got home and after that I played with my toys for a while before nursing to sleep. Mommy told me she loved me so many times, and several times she got all teary-eyed. I think she's happy to see me turn one, but also a little sad at how fast the time goes by... It was a good birthday.
