I was told by a great aunt before she died that John Harvey was called John Harve and sometimes Harvey as his father was called John. This was to keep the two men separate as they had the same name. This I have not been able to prove. My aunt also told me that John Harvey's father was suppose to have been buried in NC. It is possible that my John Harvey Allison is a III but that is not certain at this time. If anyone has any information that could help with this family I would appreciate you contacting me. Thank you!
