Complete this form to submit information to GeneaNet. This will allow you to submit via e-mail an index of your own genealogical information for inclusion on GeneaNet, and to update it later.

Source name:		Unique sourcename identifying you to GeneaNet. To modify your entries, you must use the same sourcename.
Password:		Password, to avoid unauthorized modification or deletion of your entries by someone else. It must be difficult enough for others not to guess it (ie do not use your sourcename as your password). Keep a written record of your password. It will be required when you wish to modify your entries.
Contact Name:		Name of the administrator of your information.
Contact Email:		Electronic address of the administrator of your information. This is useful in case of inaccessibility to a/your web site.
Address:		The address to be used by those who wish to access your information. It can be any of these : the URL of a web page (http:www.my-provider.com/my-home-page.html), the URL of a file (ftp://ftp.provider.com/file.zip), an email address (me@my-provider.com), or a postal address.
Description:		A short description of your information and any conditions to access to it (such as joining an organisation).
