Pioneer Class of 1971
Please note: Depending on your modem speed, this
page may take a few moments to load -- meanwhile,
why not relax and read my “disclaimer-apology”?
(And listen to the music...)
Disclaimer & Apology: (Actually, more of an apology -- of sorts)
Please forgive me...
- IF ` I inadvertantly (and most unintentionally) misspelled your name
- IF ` I forgot your name altogether (it’s been nearly 30 years!)
- IF ` I failed to show your proper hair style, or if I “accidentally”
lopped off an ear (or hair -- or shoulder).I have just “re-done” these photos, using my brother’s PhotoShop (in which I am not an expert). They are a little larger in file size, making for the “longer time of loading”. I am sorry for this, but I felt the end results were of a better quality. I have “divided” the main picture into 3 pages:
- Row One will be on this first page, divided into Front Left and Front Right
- Row Two will be on the next page, divided into Middle Left and Middle Right
- Row Three will be on the last page, divided into Back Left and Back Right
You’ll get the idea, as you view the pages
(However, if you’d prefer to view all six rows
(1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b) on one page, click
HERE -- It will take longer to load, but you
can view ALL of the photos on one page.)
*If you have either a fast modem or
lots of patience, I suggest the above*
Now then...as for the photos -- I truly did the very best I could, and a special word to the young man (now old, like all of us) in the back row (of the main photo) -- the one who’s wearing a white shirt, next-to-the-end on the right: I had to rely upon my memory and the Lord’s Help in “fixing” your face, because your face was hidden by John Turner (whose wife’s name was Mary, but she is not in the photo). Speaking of which...I will, at the bottom, include notes and updates concerning the students in the photos, and I will “update” these updates as I receive new information. Any help from anyone viewing these photos will be greatly appreciated.
Following are separate pictures for each row.
If you can help identify any of these students,
please e-mail me. Also, e-mail me if you can
correct any names I may have gotten wrong.Drop us a line, here, at our E-mail `
I will place this sign: (?) beside or beneath any
name I am unsure of...and I will call the photos
Row 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, 3a & 3b for simplicity’s sake.
