This is just a notice concerning the various songs you may be viewing. As stated on our main Song Page, they are given “freely” TO the Body of Christ as a blessing and a ministry. You may copy, change or use them in any form you wish, as long as you are using them for personal reasons -- i.e. your own private use, use as songs in a Bible Study, or use of songs in a Worship Service, etc.
All that we have are freely given to us from the Lord, and -- in accordance with His wishes -- we freely give them to you. All we ask is that you (1) include the copyright notice if and when you use any song (i.e copyright Gary W. Crisp), and (2) you use the same guidelines: Freely you have received, so freely give (Matthew 10:7-8) -- in other words, it is our sincerest desire that no money be charged for (or made from) the use of any of this material.
Thank you for respecting our hearts in this matter. Even though the pages have copyright notices on them, they are still free for use among the Body of the Lord Jesus (in Bible Studies, Worship Services, etc.). If, however, you desire to use any of the songs in some form of printed, HTML or other category -- and money will be made from such venture -- then we respectfully request that you contact us for permission to use any of the songs on our Song Pages...it’s just one of those small courtesies that should exist among Christians.
And remember...if you cannot “hear” the music (because your browser isn’t compatible), e-mail me, and I’ll be happy to send you the midi-music in a midi file. OR...if you are unable for some reason to “copy” the songs, I would be more than happy to “send” you a printed copy of that song. Simply e-mail me your mailing address, and I’ll mail a copy to you, at no charge whatsoever. At some point in the near future, we will actually publish a small book, containing many of these songs (and others).
