Meower Power^tm is a non-profit, charitable organization dedicated to the care and management of feral cats in the Hampton Roads, Virginia communities. The Organization's purpose is:

To promote compassion, humane care, and non-lethal control of feral cats utilizing a trap, alter, return, and maintenance program (t/a/r/m). To educate the community about responsible cat ownership.
We run a low cost spay/neuter program for feral cats. We are celebrating National Feral Cat Day, October 16, by having a Feral Cat Spay Day.Please call Kim at 484-7129 to reserve an appointment for your cat (cats) or our hot line 757-399-0001 if you need more information about bringing cats or helping. What we don't need is feral un-spayed cats! Please call Kim at 487-7129 and let her know if you need slots or can help. Kim is so bussy please leave a message on the answering machine, state that your are calling about spay day so she can return your call quickly, if she is not able to answer the phone right then! We provide tecnnical assistance and free information to the public about humane care and management of feral cat colonies. We do not have an intake facility and do not have the resorces to take in any more cats , we advise those of you who for what ever reason you are ready to abandon your pet to PLEASE not contact MPFCC. Our mission and (lack of ) funding do not permit us to do adoptions outside of the numberus kittens rescued from our colonys. Please check out other Feline related websites through our Webrings.
