My Gift To Jesus
I wish someone had given little Jesus a dog
As our Lord grew to manhood His own faithful dog
It is sad to remember that Christ went away
And when Jesus rose on that Easter morn
Well the Lord has a dog now I just sent Him mine

This page is dedicated to Heather Highland's Mr. Dax CD
If everyone could own a dog as devoted, lovable, intelligent, and faithful as Dax, just once in their lives, they would be truly blessed. This dog was truly my best friend! He is very sadly missed.

HAND IN HAND
"When we can all embrace those who cannot speak...when we can feel the love they have for us...when we can return their love and faithfulness with kindness and respect...maybe then the world will be a better place"
(c)Fran Boppe aka~~Ayzha~~
as loyal and loving as mine
to sleep by His manger and gaze in His eyes
and adore Him for being divine
would have followed Him all through the day
while he preached to the crowds and made the sick well
and knelt in the garden to pray
to face death alone and apart
with no tender dog following close behind
to comfort His masters heart
how happy He would have been
as His dog kissed His hand and barked it's delight
for the one who died for all men
My old pal so dear to me
And I smile through my tears on this first day alone
knowing they're in eternity
