Lynn and family, my heart is soooooo heavy I don't even know where to start. Somehow I think I knew when I read the last update from Mousey that time was at hand and I couldn't even sleep last nite, I was still up when Mousey called this morning. It was wonderful to know that Larry died so peacefully, PTL for His grace. That had been my prayer, for Larry not to have to do like so many I have seen before, to linger and suffer such agony before the Lord called them home. I know God could have healed his ody if He had wanted to while he was here on earth, but he has received the Ultimate Healing and he's HOME with our Heavenly Father now. You and the boys are still in my prayers !!!! Julian, my granddaughter, asked me yesterday how Larry was doing and I told her it didn't look good. She still doesn't know but we will tell her tomorrow. She just loved Larry and his possum spaghetti LOL she really believed him when he told her that's w at was in it. There's so many things I remember and those that knew Larry will remember about him so take comfort in that fact. He may not be with us physically but he will never be forgotten......Love you, CD

Lynn & Family, We thank God that we were able to record Larrys song "Just A Heartbeat Away." He was a very talented writer. Our hearts are sad as we share in your loss. Be assured of our prayers for you and the family. Praise God Larry will suffer no more and is in perf ct peace and harmony. I'm sure he is already sitting in Heaven and writing songs for the Angels. As as the Holidays approach it will be hard but God also shares your grief and will be by your side. We will deeply miss LLC and never forget him as a person r song writer. Lynn, Michael, Scott, Sam, Debbie, Sonny and Aunt Gladys, and to the rest of the family. There are no words to express my sympathy to all of you now during this sad time. I don't even know how or where to begin to tell all of you how much LLC meant to m . I met LLC in the SGM chatroom some 3 years ago, he always had something funny to say to bring such fun and laughter to the room. Almost immediately he and I began chatting back and forth in the room and on ICQ about the songs he had written. He had typ d out some of the words to his songs in chat, I was going through a terrible sudden loss of my Dad, and LLC seemed to know exactly what to say to cheer me up and make me feel better. I never will forget one day at work I was really down with it being the one year anniversary of Daddy's death, LLC called me to check on me....his first words were "Hiya Mouse what's kickin?" LOL His ever constant humor, love and concern for others was nothing less than unsurmountable, as well as his wonderful ability to put ords down on paper to express EXACTLY what it feels like to lose someone you love I know will bless many many more hearts in years to come. His song "When it's time to say goodbye" says it all! I told LLC several times the line "but the Lord ALLOWS us to remember" always has blessed and touched my heart so much! The fun times we've shared in chat, NQC, and meeting each other at other concerts as well as spending a weekend with u all has been such a blessing! I'm so thankful we got to come and visit you a l in the Spring. I'm also thankful I was able to come and visit with Lynn and Larry just a few weeks ago in the hospital. Lynn, LLC's and your friendship means to much to me. Yall are like family to me! My heart is just broken at his passing, but as so eone once said to me "your loved ones aren't gone forever but just for a little while..." I will truly miss my dear dear friend LLC, but I know it's not forever, we will see him again one day. I'm thankful the suffering is over for him, and I know he's sa e in the arms of Jesus. Lynn, if you or the family ever need anything, please don't ever hesitate to ask. LLC loved you so much, you were his "little Brenda Lee"! I went through 11 1/2 weeks in the hospital, and was given a pretty grim prognosis, but God could, would, and did completely heal me. Hi Larry, I don't know if you remember me or not but a couple of years ago A friend of mine and I opened for Tony Gore and Majesty at the Water Park in Columbia, Ms We were under the name of Higher Calling. My Friend and I learned about you from your sister who liv s or lived in the Oak Grove area in Hattiesburg, Ms. She told us that you had written some songs for Tony Gore and the group and told me to get in touch with you which I did. We spoke briefly over the phone and you played some songs for me. We talked abou my coming over to your home which we never got a chance to because the girl that was singing with me quit me.
