Congrats on a nicely designed site. I see that you have also spent some time in Germany. I attended Rhein/Main Junior High School in Frankfurt in the 70's before heading stateside. My dad was in the Air Force. I have worked as a State Cop here in Texas si ce 1981. The first 15 or so years were spent on the road as a Highway Patrol Trooper. I am currently a Sergeant/Investigator in our Narcotics Service. Keep up the good work on your site and I will try to check back later for updates--Ron (Katy, Texas)

I've been through Rumford many times. My fathers side of my family is from Gorham, ME and I am originally from CT. I moved to Vermont after college graduation in 1995 and started here Full time in Jan. 1996. My fathers family has a camp in Somerset Juc ion 3 miles from Moosehead lake. My brother bought a camp in Jemtland ME a year ago. I have been going to ME ever since I can remember and love it. Northfield is a very rural department with a University. (in fact its the one I Graduated from Norwich U iversity) anyway our department site is under construction but there are some things you can see on it. I really enjoyed yours. My brother is going to help me get started on one at some point. be safe MIKE

Hey Mr.Maifeild! I use to be one of your D.A.R.E. students, well... sort of. I went to St.A and J's and My cousin (Wayne Gallant) was our teacher but you had to fill in for him. 'Member? Probually don't remember me but oh well! I use to live near you too.
