I stand firm with the belt of truth buckled around my waist, so I can see Satan's attacks.
I put on the breastplate of righteousness to protect my heart.
I wear the Gospel of peace as footgear, so I can spread the Gospel.
I hold the shield of faith to protect myself from the flaming arrows of Satan.
I also wear the helmet of salvation to protect my head.
I use the sword of the Spirit to ward off the Enemy.
I pray for all things and requests.
