OBITUARY: WARWICK L. THOMPSON, died on Friday morning at his home, 53 Park Place after a short illness.
He contracted a heavy cold on Friday of last week, which developed into pneumonia.
Mr. Thompson was a popular pianist, and has played at many of the theaters and clubs of this city.
Within the last year he composed serveral pieces, and had just finished a pretty song, entitled “One Touch of Nature.” Sousa has more than once played his compositions.
Mr. Thompson was 34 years old. A wife and three children, a mother and brother survive him. Funeral services will occur this afternoon at 1:30 o:clock from the Methodist Episcopal church,
Hanson Place, corner of St. Felix street. Mr. Thompson was an active member of New York lodge. R. A. and the Legion of Honor.
OBITUARY.: Roger F. LAMBARD died at his home 227 Duffield St., on Wednesday, January 9, in his 72nd year.
He was born in St. Johns Newfounland, and came to Brooklyn in 1846.
He was in the carpentering and building business at 32 Gold Street, New York, for thirty-seven years.
During the late Civil War he made large quantities of splints for the army and navy. By his many friends he was highly respected.

THEODORE GAY’S DEATH: Found Lifeless in a N.Y. Station House Cell. Port Jefferson, L.I. Jan. 14.
Theodore Gay, age 35, died in the old slip station house yesterday afternoon having been found in a dazed condition.
Ambulance surgeon Ford said that Gay was intoxicated. Mr. Gay always had a most excellent reputation here.
The stories of his intoxiction are not belived. For years he has been a sufferer from consumption.
It is believed that in his weakened condition he took some stimulant and was overcome by it. Gay was unmarried. He was employed as a bookeeper by O. T.
