From the mountaintop
The mighty eagle screams
And spreads her wings.
Soaring to heights
No other can endure
And searches the horizon
For a fresh meal...
Seeing it, she swoops
And encloses her prey,
(Who'll not suffer long, I must say).
Back up to the mountain top
And an awesome ledge,
And there she feeds her eaglets
That life-giving meal
Who soon grow strong
And venture on their own
To soar to the highest of the heavenlies.
